Guilherme Kodja
Co-founder - COO
Private Yacht Captain (200GT/MCA) with nearly 40,000 nautical miles including a Atlantic crossing in 2022 and an Antartic Expedition in 2023/2024. His maritime career began in 1987 on the schooner Black Caesar, leading to four Mediterranean seasons on a 96ft steel yacht, a transatlantic crossing, and an Antarctic expedition. Prior to yachting, he practiced corporate law for 26 years and served as a Reserve Officer in the Brazilian Army. Since 2010, he has been the Test Captain for NÁUTICA Media Group.
Patrícia Gaia
Co-founder - CFO
Expert in luxury retail, with experience at brands like Giorgio Armani, Tod's, and Saint Laurent. She excels in managing luxury brand portfolios, enhancing customer engagement, and driving brand visibility. Her strategic approach and industry knowledge have consistently delivered exceptional results in high-pressure environments.
Alexandre Israel
Professional Captain - Yacht Managment Associated
Born in 1956 in Rio de Janeiro, began sailing in the 1970s. After a successful career in fashion, he became a professional captain in 2000. Over 20 years, he has commanded yachts up to 43 meters across Europe, the Caribbean, and the USA, currently helming a 140-foot Benetti since 2018. His expertise also includes yacht construction oversight.
